I recently purchased my boat from John at Coastal Marine Center in Nokomis, Fl. From the first phone call speaking with John, I felt comfortable in dealing with him. After arriving and speaking with John, I was ready to go ahead and make a move. John was very helpful and did all the work for me. After deciding on the boat, John called the finance institution he uses, and with in minutes after speaking with them, I was approved. With in a few days, I met up with John and his team at the office. He took me over to the marina, where my boat was waiting for me in the water, with a full tank of gas. We went out in the intra coastal for a sea trial run. John drove to boat for a while showing me all the gauges and controls to make sure I knew how it handles and where everything was before letting me take over. This is my 5th boat that I have owned over many years, and this was the best experience that I have had purchasing a boat. From taking ownership, John and his team has been there for any question I have had and have went over and above what I expected. Not a "buy the boat and see you" experience. I told a close friend about my boat, and after going to look at mine, he also purchased a boat from John with the same great customer service.
